SEA Games 400m Champion Trần Nhật Hoàng wins Vietnam Trials
Trần Nhật Hoàng took a very narrow win at the Vietnam SEA Games Trials (Nov 11) with a SEA leading time of 46.91 in the Men’s 400 Meters.
Now 20, Hoang the Vietnamese Junior Record Holder won the SEA Games at the age of 19 in 46.56.
Taking the spot from the vacated title left after the early retirement of 2017 SEA Games Champion Trenten Beram of the Philippines.
Trần Nhật Hoàng Personal best is 46.47 set last year in Vietnam.
It was the same order with SEA Games Silver Medalist in 400 Trần Đình Sơn narrowly behind Hoàng again by .06 seconds.
He was .12 seconds behind Hoàng at SEA Games last year.
Dinh Son is ranked #2 in the SEA Rankings for 2020.
Quach Cong Lich who was the silver medalist at the 2015 and 2017 SEA Games in the 400 was a distant third in 47.83.
Quach is the Vietnamese record holder with a Personal best of 45.99.
Having trained previously at IMG Academy in Florida, in the United States in previous years.
The surprise was upcoming junior Lê Ngọc Phúc who beat mainstay relay member Lương Văn Thao into 4th place.

Nhà vô địch SEA Games 400 m Trần Nhật Hoàng vô địch Việt Nam Trials
Trần Nhật Hoàng đã có chiến thắng rất sít sao tại Giải Việt Nam SEA Games (11/11) với thời gian dẫn đầu ĐNÁ 46,91 ở nội dung 400 Mét nam .
Năm nay 20 tuổi, Hoàng là kỷ lục gia trẻ Việt Nam vô địch SEA Games 19 tuổi 46,56.
Thế chỗ từ danh hiệu bị bỏ trống sau khi nhà vô địch SEA Games 2017 Trenten Beram người Philippines nghỉ hưu sớm .
Trần Nhật Hoàng Nhất cá nhân là 46,47 lập năm ngoái tại Việt Nam.
Đó là thứ tự tương tự với Huy chương bạc SEA Games 400 Trần Đình Sơn, kém Hoàng một lần nữa 0,06 giây.
Anh kém Hoàng 0,12 giây tại SEA Games năm ngoái.
Đỉnh Sơn đứng thứ 2 trong Bảng xếp hạng ĐNÁ năm 2020.
Quách Công Lịch , người giành HCB SEA Games 2015 và 2017 ở hạng 400, đứng thứ ba xa với 47,83.
Quách là kỷ lục gia Việt Nam với thành tích Cá nhân 45,99.
Đã từng được đào tạo tại Học viện IMG ở Florida, Hoa Kỳ trong những năm trước.
Bất ngờ sắp tới là đàn em Lê Ngọc Phúc đã đánh bại thành viên tiếp sức trụ cột Lương Văn Thảo để giành vị trí thứ 4.

He has worked as a PSC Consultant and Research Assistant from 2013-2015, Consultant, and Sprint Coach at Zamboanga Sports Academy from 2015-2017. And Currently is Consultant Coach with VMUF 2021-
Current editor and chief of Pinoyathletics.info, and has recently done consultancy work for Ayala Corp evaluating the Track and Field Program.
Coaches Sprints, Middle and Jump events he is Level 3 Athletics Australia Coaching Certification in Sprints and Hurdles.
Currently working towards a Masters Degree in Education.
