In contrast, she comes from a family of athletes. Her mother, Irina, was a Hurdler, and her brother Maxim is a high jumper. In addition, her husband Konstantin Safronov competed internationally in the Long Jump. 

Furthermore, The 28-year-old Kazakh Olga is the Asian Champion in the 100m and 200m Dash at the recently concluded Championships in Doha.

In addition, Olga Safronova Personals’ bests are 11.09 (0.8) and 22.85 (0.1) in those events. Olga timed 11.17 and 22.87 at the Asian Champs, which are almost on par with her lifetime bests from 3-5 years ago.

In conclusion, Olga  Safronova was a perennial medalist in previous editions. Her other major title in the 200m at the 2014 Asian Games in India.

Good Build

Olga is a good height for a sprinter standing 5’8 and weighing 65kg. She is coached by Yury Masktakov and Alexander Denisko. And graduated from Karaganda University.

Interestingly looking at her development, she was an average 16-17-year-old with 12.5-sec runs. But really leveled up at 19 with her first sub 12 runs. From 2010 to 2011, from 19-20, she improved from 11.87 to 11.37 and 11.37 to 11.12 at 21.

Olga competed at the 2012 Olympics and made it to the semi-finals in the 100m.
