Marestella Long Jump Queen Competition

Marestella Long Jump Queen Competition (July 30, 2022)

The Marestella Long Jump Queen Competition in my view was far better than any PATAFA event I have seen during the pandemic following reasons.
1. Commentators who made the event interesting and didn’t just read out BIB Numbers which Bore the viewers. I have already told PATAFA time and time again that the audience/viewers DO NOT CARE about the BIB Numbers.
2. Live streaming which also included updated scores of the jumpers. That helped the viewers know what was going on and what each participant was registering in their jumps.
3. Updated Results tables on the Live stream, so viewers know what’s going on.
4. Good Marketing and publicity of the event.
5. The excitement and atmosphere for participants at the Event.
6. Clear goals and objectives for the meeting. The primary objective was to popularize the long jump event.
7. Big cash prizes for medalists. T-shirts for the top 8.

RESULTS (PLEASE NOTE NO WIND READINGS AND EVENT NOT PATAFA SANCTIONED)
