After inducting Francisca Sanopal into the Legends of Track and Field, it only seemed right to induct another Asian Games medalist in the Hurdles, her great rival Manolita Cinco.

Cinco was born on 30 Nov 1931.

She won the BPISAA title in 1953 in Vigan, clocking a meet record of 12.2.

In the 1954 Asian GamesManila, she took a bronze medal in the 4×100 joining Inocencia Solis, Rogelia Ferrer, and Roberta Anore. In the 80 Hurdles, she was 2nd in her heat in 12.4 but was disqualified in the finals.

She joined the 1956 Olympics and her teammate Francisca Sanopal in the 80m Hurdles, where she finished 7th in Heat 1 in 12.1 seconds and was eliminated.

In the 1958 Asian Games, she took an individual Bronze in the 80m Hurdles behind Iwamoto of Japan (11.6) and Sanopal (11.6).
