How to Make Own Medicine Ball
For those who can’t afford a medicine ball, you can make one out of a normal ball and some water or sand to add weight. We run by the steps on how to do so.

If you have a heavier medicine ball available, this is the exercise to use it.
Directions: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and the medicine ball straight above your head.
