Filipino Performance Summary – 2022 Thailand Open Athletics Results

As provided below based on 2022 (Seasons Bests). 

From a Team of 19 Athletes sent to the Philippines

  • 6 Individual Athletes created 8 Seasons Bests
  • 1 Relay Team the 4x400m Mens had a seasons best
  • 3 Individual Athletes had 4 Personal bests
  • Janry Ubas (Long Jump) and Sarah Dequinan (High Jump) exceeded the SEA Games Bronze standard
Despite an improvement on their SEA Games clocking in 2022. It was not convicing enough for the PATAFA to retain the service of Julius Nierras as natioanl 400 coach.
